How to Heat Blinis

To keep them soft and fluffy, place the blinis in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 3 to 5 minutes. You can also use a toaster or a hot skillet to reheat them quickly, without any added fat. Be careful not to overheat them, as this could affect their light texture. In just a few minutes, your mini blinis will be warm, fluffy, and ready to be topped with your favorite ingredients.

How to Defrost Blinis

Cool & Simple recommends placing them in the refrigerator for a few hours (or overnight) for a slow defrost. If you’re short on time, you can also use the microwave at low power—just make sure to separate them for even defrosting. For the best texture, we suggest choosing the fridge method.
